Always hungry at your PC, but too lazy to go to the kitchen? Well, the CrazyPC 5.25 Bay Toaster sure is crazy enough to work. It fits on a standard 5.25 drive bay, and comes with windows software for adjusting the heat and time (a Mac OS version is supposed to be coming soon). It’s supposed to be able to toast bread in just minutes, though you’ll have to source for bread yourself, and will use a USB port and 4-pin molex power connector. If you’re worried about crumbs in your computer, they’ve thought of everything, by including a crumb tray, making it easy to get the crumbs out.

During the summer months I tend to eat a lot of lunch meat sandwiches, mostly because it’s too hot outside to bother cooking. Every now and then I get tempted to try and toast the sandwiches like they do at Subway or Potbelly’s, but to be quite honest, I’m just a bit lazy when it comes to the kitchen. However, if one had these toaster bags, it wouldn’t be hard at all.
These special plastic bags will allow you to toast things other than bread, frozen waffles and bagels in your toaster. If your toaster is large enough, you could slide a whole sandwich in and have it come out nice and toasty. $19 will get you a pair, which would be worth it when you’re in the mood for a toasty sandwich.

I’m usually not that interested in toasters, but if you’ve ever tried to heat up something like a bun with a conventional model you’ve probably found that it’s not only difficult, but also be a potential fire hazard. But that’s not the case with this model which features a rotating wire basket that not only prevents the buns from touching the heating elements, but also ensures they get evenly toasted on all sides.
Obviously the basket is useless for sliced bread or bagels, so the toaster also functions like a traditional pop-up model complete with extra wide slots for accommodating your Texas toast craving. There’s even a couple of heating drawers that will keep slices of toast crisp and warm until you’re ready to serve them. The toaster is available from Pro-Idee for about $94.
