You’ll probably think that I just like these candy bars because of the name: Crispy Cat. But really, I’m a fan because they take aways a little bit of the guilt while I’m pigging out on delicious chocolate, roasted peanut, toasted almond and minty coconut.

Oh, the calories are still there. It’s a candy bar, and they’re clear about that. But unlike some of the other choices on the candy aisle, the three Crispy Cat flavors are at least 70% organic. And dairy free. Also gluten free. They don’t have any preservatives. They’re even kosher!

These candy bars are so virtuous that you can almost close your eyes and make believe it’s an “energy bar” but really? The yummy dark chocolate flavors give it away. They’re a treat, but one that you can feel good about, one that lets you ruin your diet without ruining your diet.
